Our U.S. Supervisor brings 5+ years of experience working with teams in India as well as years of client-facing customer service experience. Building offshore teams and helping to manage those teams while maintaining standards of excellence and performance is what we do.

• Working With You: We will work with you to understand and assess your needs and what your outsourcing goals are.

• Building Your Offshore Team: After assessing your needs, we will use the criteria we have agreed upon to build a scalable offshore team that is ready to meet your needs.

• Cultural Preparation: We will provide cultural advisement and preparation, including training on food, drink, hygiene, and interpersonal interactions, and will provide a written reference guide for you and any of your staff you intend to send to work with the offshore team.

• Bringing You and Your New Team Together: We will accompany you (virtually or in-person) to meet, train, and oversee your new offshore team until you are ready to take them on your own.

• Cost-Effective Strategies: We will provide cost-effective strategies that will save you time and money by moving processes and responsibilities offshore.

• Regular Check-ins After Handing Off: Once the team is established, trained, and working, we will hand them off to you to manage, but will then check in at regular intervals (as agreed to in advance) to ensure your continued satisfaction with your offshore team's performance.
